Why Choose Us?

We provide thorough clinical immigration evaluations. Over the years, we have worked with numerous clients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, experiencing unique immigration situations—providing us with the extensive experience and insight necessary to work best with you and your family members.

What Is the Process Like?

The immigration evaluation itself includes in-depth interviews that usually spread over a number of sessions. During the assessment process, our psychologist will ask you questions about yourself and your immigration case. The topics will include, but are not limited to, your current immigration predicament; your personal, marital and family history; your work history; and medical and psychiatric history that are pertinent to the case. Lastly, we will provide a confidential report to the attorney handling your case.

Our services include

· Extreme Hardship Waiver

· Spousal/Domestic Abuse Waiver

· Political Asylum Waiver

· Medical Certification for Disability Expectations

· U-Visas

· Competency

· Cancellation of Removal

The Value of an Immigration Evaluation or Report

A clinical immigration evaluation adds significant value to an immigration case and the associated legal proceedings. A thorough, expert evaluation conducted by one of our psychologists knowledgeable about the factors involved in extreme immigration hardships and the related mental health issues; along with a detailed report, can be effectively used by your defense attorney to support your case and move forward successfully.
