Post-Doctoral Fellow

Life can bring a number of challenges that can cause us to feel out of balance, through therapy, you can begin to make positive and lasting changes, leading you to a greater sense of fulfillment. My job is to help you find that balance and fulfillment. My doctoral degree is in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. I have six years of therapy and assessment experience. More importantly, every year, I become more certain that I could not have chosen a more suitable path. It is my mission in life to help others fulfill their life’s purpose. More often than not, this requires mental and emotional healing and behavioral change. The passion that I have stems from my first-hand knowledge of the astounding ability people have to transcend extreme difficulties. I believe that everyone is capable of moving past emotional pain and interpersonal conflict.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I conduct individual, group, couple, and family sessions. My approach is to understand how you see yourself, your functioning in the world, and your relationships. Using this information, I work with you to create a map to your goals and address your needs as an individual, couple, or family. Depending on your needs, I may use one type of therapy or integrate multiple therapeutic approaches. Lastly, I offer a compassionate, direct, and sometimes humorous style. I provide a safe space, tools, and guidance for you to work through things in therapy that are uncomfortable and hold you back from a sense of balance and fulfillment.
